01Not every company has a findable number. A business that registered this morning often isn't listed anywhere yet. Coverage varies by trade and company age. Possible matches need checking before contact.
02Email coverage varies. We look for addresses published on matched business websites. Some sites cannot be read or do not publish an address. Mailbox delivery is not verified.
03The registered address isn't always the shop. Plenty of small companies register at their accountant's office, so treat the area filter as a strong hint rather than a guarantee.
04It won't make the call for you. You decide whether a prospect needs your service. A registration or contact detail does not establish buying intent or guarantee a sale.

Where does the data come from?

Companies House, the UK government's official register. Every limited company has to file there, and new registrations are published the day they happen. It's public data, released under the Open Government Licence.

Is it legal to contact these businesses?

Public data is not consent to marketing. Before live marketing calls, screen against TPS, CTPS and previous opt-outs unless the applicable consent exception applies. Identify yourself and follow the ICO’s guidance for your outreach channel.

How many businesses is that in practice?

The number varies by date, trade and registered area. Search free to see the available results for your chosen criteria.

Where do the phone numbers come from?

Companies House holds no contact details, so spawncamp looks each business up against open business data and Google, and only shows a number when it's confident the listing is the right company. When it isn't sure, it tells you rather than guessing.

Can I get the data out?

Pro exports company records, notes, officers and permitted contact fields. Google Maps listing content is excluded. Website contacts are published candidates, not verified buyers.

What if I've never built a website before?
