I'm training for a 70.3 Half Ironman.
1.9km swim. 90km bike. A half marathon. Back to back.
Six months from now, on race day, there's nowhere to hide.
So I'm putting the whole thing here, in the open. Every session. Every swim, every ride, every run, every rep in the gym. Done or not done — you'll see it either way.
This page exists for one reason: accountability. It's easy to quit when no one's watching. It's a lot harder when the work — or the missing work — is sitting on a public page anyone can pull up. If I skip a session, it shows. If I show up for 24 weeks straight, that shows too.
I'm also building a physique I actually want while I do it — strength and endurance at the same time, which most people will tell you can't be done well. We'll find out.
"Discipline is doing it when you don't feel like it. This page makes sure I can't pretend otherwise."
— building in public, one session at a time.
